Different ideas to style your white pants

I had so much fun writing this post. Do you want to know why?

Well, because this is pretty much what I do when I work with my clients, in-person or virtually.

When I am doing their wardrobe consultation, I help them to come up with as many outfits as possible, for different occasions and different seasons - whenever it's possible, obviously.

First things first: if you own a pair of white or ecru/bone/off-white pants, don't wait for Memorial Day to wear them.

You can wear these pieces all year round. Even if you live in freezing NY like me.

It looks cool, believe me!

Now that we have things cleared up, we can go straight to the point: how to come up with outfits when wearing white/off-white/beige denim?

That's why I prepared six boards to save you some time so you can get dressed and look elegant in white pants in no time at all!

Oh, I would also like to mention that I considered distinct styles here. In all of them, I thought about real women, with real lives, and of all ages who are looking forward to having a curated and functional wardrobe that reflects their personality and lifestyle.

All the clothes and accessories on the boards below are in the stores right now.

However, the main idea here is to inspire you to shop in your own closet first.

After all, we like to keep things sustainable, right?

So keep in mind that just a couple of pieces can update your wardrobe every season. To be honest, we really don't need too much to achieve our image goals.

Last but not least, I will make comments and share tips on each board. Note that the pants are the same on all the boards.

OK, time to have some fun together, shall we?

Don't be afraid of wearing light pants with boots. A bit of an oversized sweater in beige/camel color looks current, but it could be in gray or any color you prefer. Light boots in a similar color to the pants elongate your legs if you wish so. The same idea applies to Spring/Summer, too! Oh, and look at the proportions of the top x pants. They are perfect!

Colorful sweaters add some fun and hope that Spring is just around the corner. The brown loafers work better here than black shoes. Don't worry about wearing shoes and a bag in the same material or color, they just need to have a "conversation", what actually happens here.

The mint sweater looks fresh and perfect with light pants. I chose the camel bag because it creates a complementary color combination with the sweater. This outfit could be worn by women of any age, right? Sneakers are perfect for comfort, and this is a common priority for my clients.

For this board, I thought about those of you who prefer to have a wardrobe in neutrals while adding color to the accessories. The burgundy bag is so easy to match with neutrals, but it looks interesting and creative with the green earrings. It's also a complementary color combination.

Imagine you're having a meeting with a client or you're going out for dinner in the Spring. You add a silk top and change your shoes. The bag has a detachable strap, so you can wear it as a clutch. Quick tip here: I love to wear a scarf as a belt, but many times they are too small to go around our waist. So just wrap your scarf through two belt loops in one of the sides in the front, tie a knot, and voilà!

We can dream with Summer, right? I know I do! This top has a lively print but not too bright, which works very well with white pants. I chose a bag and shoes with repeating colors that are in the top print. This brings harmony to the outfit. The chain necklace also matches the earrings. They are not exactly matchy-matchy, but they are somehow color coordinated which also balances the outfit.

How do you like this post? I hope you got some inspiration to go to your wardrobe, play around with your clothes, and have some fun.
