Five tips on how to wear red

Besides neutrals, the color we saw the most in the Fall Winter 2023/2024 collections was red.

It has been quite a while since this color has not a significant presence in fashion week seasons.

We can already see red in the Spring collections at the stores. It's mostly tomato red - a warm tone.

If you like the idea of investing in something red not only for this season but also for the year and beyond, here are some ideas:

  1. You don't need a red suit. Pick just a shirt or a bag to add a pop of color to a neutral outfit.

  2. Red sandals are exciting! You don't need to match them with your bag.

  3. Red is a bright color. Black and white are not the best combinations. They make a bright color even more radiant. They also make the whole outfit more casual and sporty than elegant. I recommend trying gray, camel, blue, or even purple and some tones of green.

  4. A red belt, nail polish, or lipstick will make an old outfit look new in the upcoming seasons.

  5. If you are wearing a shirt or a dress, the best thing is to look for a tone of red that fits you.

Do you like wearing red clothes? I have excellent news: everyone can wear red, but some tones will look better on you.

When you have your color analysis done, not only do you learn the best colors for your complexion, but you also learn why they look good on you.

The more you know, the more cohesive and smart your wardrobe will be.
