How to feel comfortable wearing strapless bras

In the Summer, many shirts or dresses ask for a strapless bra.

I know this topic is controversial. Some people love it, while others hate it. We can all agree that this piece helps your outfits look neat.

However, it's the worst feeling when it doesn't stay in place. We've all experienced it: adjusting a bra non-stop when going out or dancing. I remember attending weddings and watching women fix their bras constantly.

So why does this happen?

Researchers say more than 50% of women wear the wrong bra size. Usually, they get larger bands and smaller cups than they should. When purchasing a strapless bra, women tend to buy a bigger size. That's why it rides up when they are on the move.

I suggest going to a department store or lingerie boutique and asking for help to get your accurate measurements. Then, check out Wacoal. This brand has fantastic strapless bras. They fit perfectly, especially if you have a cup bigger than C.

When I work with my clients, I always confirm if they have the right bra size. It's vital to feel comfortable with it. A poorly fitting bra will affect the way your clothes look on you.
