Do you know how many clients have told me they felt a little nervous before our first closet appointment?
Even after meeting me during a Discovery Call, they were worried about what I would think of their clothes. Would I tell them that nothing looked good? That they needed to get rid of half their wardrobe? Or that they should start shopping at expensive stores? I understand these concerns.
When you open your closet to someone, you're sharing much more than clothes.
Memories, stories, pieces you love, and others you bought but never wore. Maybe something never fit properly, or you bought it while shopping with a friend, even though it wasn't really your style. There might also be clothes that no longer fit because your body has changed, or pieces you're keeping because you spent a lot of money on them.
But here's what I want you to know: My job is not to judge your wardrobe.
When I look at your closet, I want to understand you better. What do you love wearing? What makes getting dressed difficult? What shopping mistakes have you made? What is missing from your wardrobe?
I also want to discover pieces you might have forgotten about and show you new ways to wear what you already own.
And no, working with a stylist doesn't mean you need to replace your entire wardrobe or start shopping at high-end stores. My goal is to help you build a wardrobe that reflects your personal style, fits your lifestyle, and makes getting dressed easier and more enjoyable.
Have you been thinking about working with a personal stylist but feel a little hesitant? Let's talk! You can schedule a Discovery Call with me to learn more about how we could work together.
