Oversized white shirts: a must-have third piece for early Fall

Are you looking for an easy transitional piece to wear in early Fall?
I suggest getting an oversized white shirt. It's a modern way to update your outfits and protect you from the chilly weather.
Here in NYC, I often see many women wearing shirts over biker shorts and cropped tops.
I find this idea cool, although it's not how I'd personally style it.
I also believe the majority of my clients wouldn't approve.
But wearing an oversized white shirt as a third piece over pants, paired with a fitted top, or a dress looks fresh and elegant at the same time.

Here's a quick tip:
I have a linen oversized white shirt. It's longer than my other button-down shirts, but it also works as a stylish cover-up. I bought it at Uniqlo years ago. You can find the same one every year in their Spring collections. There are also many options made of cotton available in the stores, as you can see on my boards.
Can you think of different ways of wearing what you own?
