Point-toe flats

The pandemic changed people's love for high heels. Many women retired their stilettos to wear more practical shoes.

Think about all the people who changed jobs, moved to the suburbs, or switched styles. I see this when my clients come to me for help. They usually want to know if it's a good idea to send some clothes, like dresses and pants, to the tailors to pair with lower heels or flats.

Years ago, it was harder to find beautiful shoes with low or no heels to go out, but that's no longer the case. That's why I wanted to talk about the point-toe flats that are trending now.

Here's why you should consider getting point-toe flats:

  1. You can find them at different price points.

  2. They are more elegant than round-toe shoes.

  3. They elongate the legs, just like heels do.

  4. You will notice that they fit many outfits.

How to choose the perfect pair:

When trying point-toe flats, avoid going straight to your usual size. Choose half a size or one size up as well.

There are two main reasons for this:

  1. First, we usually need to go up a size with this type of shoe.

  2. Second, our feet tend to grow during our lives. That explains why many women tell me they can't stand point-toe shoes anymore.
