Wardrobe Essentials: White Shirts, part II - The Husband shirt

I've mentioned this before, but I will say it again: a white shirt is one of my wardrobe’s essentials.

I wear them everywhere, from going to the beach to attending a nice party, whether it is with some denim or tailored pants.

They also work all year round, from summer to winter, since they look great with shorts or under a wool vest.

In my opinion, nothing beats a crispy white shirt.

Have you ever seen a woman in a white shirt that doesn’t look chic? Probably not.

A white shirt has the power to immediately elevate an outfit! This happens because the V neckline created with the first buttons undone can elongate our figure.

Even if the pure white is not the best color for you, the V neckline shows a bit of your skin as well as your beautiful accessories, so it will do the job.

I have a few white shirts in my closet: one in linen that I wear in the summer, another one some with embroideries from a sustainable brand, and a third one one with detachable sleeves from an emerging designer.

But my favorite one at the moment is The Husband shirt by the designer Misha Nonoo.

It has a special elongated cuff that you can wear in different ways - so stylish!

Instead of buttons, the shirt has 4 different metal studs for you to pick: silver, gold, gunmetal and rose gold.

You can even order extra ones and change them if you wish so!

You can also choose different fabrics and colors.

Do you want to know my second favorite shirt? The striped one!

Now, the good news is that if you go to Misha Nonoo's website and order her shirt (or anything else you desire), you can use my coupon and get a discount, $ 25 off. Use the code: Marcia25.

Let me know if you need advice on colors or sizing. The style is just a bit loose, which I think is the most flattering and timeless possible.
