Celebrating 10 Years of the NY Fashion Tour

This month marked a very special milestone: the 10th anniversary of the NY Fashion Tour, a course I co-created with my business partner in Brazil.

Over the past decade, we’ve welcomed groups of Portuguese-speaking stylists, fashion designers, students, and fashion industry professionals from Brazil and from different U.S. states to New York. Twice a year, every February and September, during New York Fashion Week, we open the doors to a unique experience that combines learning, creativity, and inspiration.

What the Course Includes

Each edition of the NY Fashion Tour is a little different, but it always brings together the best of what New York has to offer:

  • Classes on trends and New York brands

  • Store tours to see retail and styling in action

  • Art tours to fuel creativity and expand perspective

  • And, of course, backstage experiences at fashion shows, an unforgettable opportunity to see how fashion really comes to life

This Season’s Highlights

For the Fall/Winter 2025 edition, our group had the chance to work backstage at Michael Kors Collection and Monse. It was, as always, an incredible experience for the students, full of learning, adrenaline, and inspiration.

A Decade of Experiences

Looking back, it’s amazing to think about how many talented professionals have joined us over the last 10 years. Every group has always brought new energy, fresh questions, and different perspectives, and that’s what has made this project so special.

The NY Fashion Tour has grown, evolved, and built a strong community across borders. While each season has been unique, the feeling has remained the same: a celebration of fashion, creativity, and connection.

And just like my work with clients, the NY Fashion Tour has always been about more than clothes, it’s about learning, connection, and discovering what style can truly mean.
