How to Create Stylish Spring Layers with Pieces You Already Own

For Spring, nothing looks as good as wearing layers where you can see a little bit of each piece. That’s why I loved this outfit so much.

A blazer over a striped button-down shirt, layered over a turtleneck, creates a look that feels effortless yet very stylish. The medium-brown belt worn over the blazer is the perfect accessory. It defines the waist and elevates a simple pair of jeans.

How to replicate this idea

  • You probably already have a turtleneck and a striped shirt in your wardrobe. If not, here are some alternatives you can try:

  • You can keep the look monochromatic or mix different colors. There’s no right or wrong here; it depends on how you want to feel that day.

  • Looking for a blazer like this one but at a better price? Try second-hand shops. I often find beautiful blazers there.

Spring is around the corner in New York, and soon we’ll finally be able to enjoy lighter layers again.
