Is it true that big earrings can age a woman?

I was giving a talk to a group of women 60+ the other day, and I got this interesting question:

“I heard that older women can't wear big earrings anymore; what do you think?”

I don't believe that this is true.

It depends more on the woman's style and overall outfit than the length of the earrings.

Don't feel bad if you are a fan of bold, statement earrings like I am. In my case, I avoid wearing big earrings with a big necklace, for example. But I guess I always did this.

Do you like accessories? Do they fit your style?
