Virtual Color Analysis for Corporate Team Building

This Summer, I had the pleasure of hosting two more Virtual Group Color Analysis events for companies with teams across the country and around the world.

Both companies wanted something educational, fun, and interactive to bring their teams together. Organizing an in-person event would have been complicated and expensive, so a virtual experience was a great solution.

How does a Virtual Group Color Analysis work?

Before the event

I send each participant a questionnaire and instructions for taking photos for their color analysis. If the photos aren't suitable, I ask them to take new ones.

I then analyze each person's coloring individually, using digital color drapes to identify their best color palette.

During the event

We schedule an online presentation for a time that works for the whole team.

I start with a short introduction to color analysis, explaining what it is and what I look for when analyzing someone's coloring.

Then I present each participant's results, one person at a time, explaining their color palette and how to use their best colors. When applicable, I also share suggestions about hair color, contrast, and other details.

It's a fun opportunity for everyone to learn something about themselves and their colleagues!

After the event

Each participant receives their digital color palette and access to a catalog with over 100 makeup, clothing, and accessory options in their colors. This makes it easier to recognize and use their palette when shopping.

A Different Way to Bring Your Team Together

One of the things I love about these events is that everyone gets a personalized experience while sharing the discovery with their colleagues.

The wonderful feedback I've received from the companies reminds me how color analysis can be both educational and a fun way to connect people.

If your company is looking for a personal, interactive, and slightly different virtual team-building activity for remote teams, I'd love to tell you more.
